Your body responds to your thoughts...
The feelings that they create are the ones that in the end are going to define the energy that flows through your body.
What kind of energy do you want to rule your life?
One that is filled with positive energy created by feelings of gratitude, love, kindness, peace, joy, acceptance…?
Or one that’s negative because your predominant feelings are those of shame, guilt, fear, anger…?
You are the one who’s creating your reality by managing those thoughs.
So, if you consciously choose to always see the bright side in everything that’s around you and all the external events that happen in your life, you’re going to be creating more of those good things for yourself.
How you decide your reality looks like, that’s exactly how it is going to be.
It’s that simple.
